Chapter III Members
Article 13 Anyone who supports the party's line, guidelines, and policies, recognizes and abides by the Articles of Association for Science and Technology, and meets one of the following conditions, shall be a member upon his application and approved by the Group (Company) Association for Science and Technology.
1. scientific and technological workers with intermediate or higher professional titles, or scientific and technological workers with assistant or higher professional titles in management positions above the middle level; individual personnel with primary professional titles due to work needs;
2. group (company) technical experts and technical experts who have made outstanding contributions in technological innovation, technological transformation and production, and scientific and technological workers with outstanding work achievements;

Article 14 Rights and Obligations of Members
Rights:

Article 15 Members shall have the freedom to withdraw from the Council. Anyone who violates the criminal law and seriously violates the regulations of the group (company) and the articles of association shall be disqualified by the decision of the Committee of the Association for Science and Technology of the Group (Company).
Article 16 If a member leaves the unit due to job changes, his membership will be automatically canceled. After the member retires, his membership will be retained for one year.
Chapter IV Organization
Article 17 The Association for Science and Technology of the Group (Company) implements democratic office. The General Assembly of the Association for Science and Technology is the highest leading body of the Association for Science and Technology of the Group (Company), and the General Assembly is held once.
The responsibilities of the General Assembly are:
