Hunan Jinhua Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. formerly known as Hengyang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd., was established in 1995 and upgraded to a group company in 2015 with a registered capital of 0.116 billion yuan. Its headquarters is located in the scenic Hengyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, covering an area of more than 200000 square meters and employing more than 500 people. The parent company Hunan Jinhua Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating professional research and development, production, sales and service for the production of steel pipes (materials) and water-based graphite mandrel lubricants used by continuous rolling pipe units. The company implements the general manager responsibility system under the leadership of the chairman of the board, and establishes a provincial enterprise technology research and development center composed of experts, professors, senior engineers and engineers who enjoy the first batch of special allowances from the State Council. The group company has jurisdiction over Hengyang Jinhua High Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. The main products of the parent company include: JXR-2000 water-based graphite mandrel lubricant series products, JXY-2004 borax antioxidant, powder graphite lubricant, phosphating solution series products, etc. It is the group standard setter of two products, namely, T/SSEA 0107-2021 "Water-based graphite lubricant for hot rolled steel pipe mandrel" and T/SSEA 0108-2021 "Borax antioxidant for hot rolled steel pipe" by China Special Steel Enterprise Association. Among them, the JXR-2000 water-based graphite mandrel lubricant independently developed in 2000 has been listed in the national and provincial torch plan projects after being identified by provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievements. It is in a leading position in the industry at home and abroad. Its comprehensive performance has exceeded the level of similar products at home and abroad. It has now replaced imported products and occupied 70% of the domestic market. It has been supplied to Baosteel Co., Ltd. of China Baowu Group, Yantai Lubao, Chongqing Iron and Steel, CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group Jingjiang Special Steel, Angang Group Angang Steel Co., Ltd., Panzhihua Steel Vanadium, Xinxing Jihua Group China Resources Steel, Anshan Tianfeng, Liaocheng Xinpengyuan, Yangzhou Longchuan, Jiangsu Chengde, Wuxi Simles, Liaoyang Simles and other large steel pipe enterprises; Export to India, Thailand, South Korea, Russia, Kazakhstan, Switzerland and other Asian and European countries. Powder graphite lubricants are supplied to large and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises in Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangsu, Hebei, Jilin, Jiangxi, Shandong and other provinces.
