Party Secretary's job responsibilities
Under the collective leadership of the Party committee, the Secretary of the Party committee is responsible for presiding over the daily work of the Party committee in accordance with the resolution of the Party committee. Its main responsibilities are:
1, responsible for convening the party committee and party member meeting; timely convey and take the lead in implementing the party's line, principles, policies and the resolutions and instructions of the school party committee; study and arrange the work of the party committee, and submit major issues in the work of the party committee to the party committee and party members in a timely manner Discussion and decision;
2. Understand and master the thinking, work and study of party members, solve problems in time, and do regular ideological and political work;
3. Check the implementation of the party committee's work plan and resolutions, and report the work to the party committee, party member conference and school party committee on time;
4. Keep close contact with various ministries, departments, trade unions and other mass organizations, exchange information, support their work, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties;
5. Do a good job in the study of party committee members, hold party committee democratic life meetings on time, do a good job in the self-building of the leadership team, and give full play to the collective leadership role of the party committee.
Main Responsibilities of the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee
1, assist the secretary of the party committee to organize the drafting of the party committee work documents, put forward work plans and program recommendations;
2. Assist the secretary of the party committee to organize the study and implementation of the party's line, principles, policies and the resolutions of the higher party organization and the organization;
3. Do a good job in the investigation and research of party building, understand the thinking and work of party members, be responsible for the letters and visits of party members, and do regular ideological and political work;
4, check the work plan of each branch and supervise the implementation of the party Committee's work in each branch;
5. Do a good job in the service work related to the theoretical study of the democratic life meeting and the central group, as well as the relevant work of cadre assessment and evaluation;
6. Responsible for trade union work;
7, responsible for the ideological and political work and internal management of the staff;
8. In the absence of the secretary, the deputy secretary shall preside over the daily work of the party committee.
Main responsibilities of the organization committee

2. Grasp the organizational situation of each branch of the agency, provide professional guidance to the work of the party branch, inspect and supervise the organizational life of the branch, and regularly announce the participation of party members in organizational life;
3. Understand and master the ideological status of party members, and assist the secretary, deputy secretary and other committee members in ideological and disciplinary education;
4. According to the work requirements of recruiting party members, understand the situation of applicants for joining the party, grasp their specific performance during the period of organizational training, education and inspection, and put forward development opinions.
Main Responsibilities of Publicity Committee
1, put forward the publicity work plan, suggestions and organize the implementation;
2. Actively publicize the party's line, principles, and policies, and carry out publicity and education work in a specific, vivid and vivid form in accordance with the instructions of the higher-level party organization and the resolutions of the school party committee, centering on the central tasks of each period;
3. Understand and grasp the ideological status of party members and the masses, and carry out regular ideological education and propaganda and agitation work;
4, responsible for the collection and release of information on party building work, to carry out publicity work guidance to the branch.
Main Responsibilities of Discipline Inspection Committee
1. Educate party members on party style and discipline, and continuously improve the consciousness of all party members to abide by party rules and discipline;
2. To inspect the implementation of the constitution of the Communist Party of China and some guidelines on political life within the party by Party members and cadres, as well as the situation of diligent and honest administration and abiding by Party rules and discipline, and put forward effective measures to strengthen Party discipline and correct Party style, so as to maintain Party discipline;
3, accept the masses petition incident;
4. Accepting and transmitting complaints from Party members and safeguarding the democratic rights of Party members;
5. Investigate and understand the situation of punished party members correcting mistakes, and often understand and truthfully report to the party committee of the agency and the party organization at a higher level on the compliance of party members with discipline.
