When the red light is on, they straighten their arms and signal pedestrians to stop. When the green light is on, they waved their arms quickly to signal pedestrians to move forward. Party members and volunteers patiently persuade uncivilized drivers, red lights and pedestrians crossing the road, publicize relevant traffic safety laws and regulations and the creation of civilized cities, and advocate the formation of a courteous and smooth traffic environment.
Peng Qi, chairman and secretary of the party committee of Hunan Jinhua Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., said that party members are the backbone of the company, and that party members participate in voluntary service is a requirement of "two learning and one doing" learning and education, and it is also a performance of qualified party members. The volunteer service of party members will last for a week, and there will be three peak traffic periods in the morning, middle and evening every day. Party member volunteers will take turns to conduct civilized persuasion at the intersection.
